Food Demonstrations

Our food demonstration tent is known as The Mousetrap and offers visitors a variety of demonstrations throughout the day. Sponsored by Dorset Food & Drink the tent will showcase local chefs and demonstrations by local food producers.

Saturday 

10.30 - Lesley Waters with favourite seasonal recipes.

11.30 - Chococo ‘Fine chocolate- from tree to Chococo

12.30 - Mark Hartstone ‘A 3 course meal using 3 styles of cheese’.

1.30 - Russell Brown with some great cheese delights.

2.30 - Black Cow Vodka ‘Vodka from Milk?’

3.00 - Mary Buesnel ‘Taste & Nutrition’

4.00 - Sally’s Fish Camp ‘Crab Cracking’
